Dame Professor Sue Bailey is a clinician researcher and educator. Her specialist area is in working with individuals, families and communities facing adversity to help them to aspire flourish and achieve.
‎Taking a Social Identity approach to health and how to develop purpose, meaning and sense of control in the lives of individuals through positive, social groups.

Past President of the Royal College of Psychiatrists, current Chair of the Academy of Medical Royal Colleges, she is Chair of the Children and Young People's Mental Health Coalition.
